摘要
二硫化碳萃取法测定气体中苯系物的传统方法具有消解时间长、毒性大等缺点。利用超声波振荡消解可以使吸附在活性炭中的苯系物在较短的时间内较为彻底地溶解;采用水封法既可以防止二硫化碳及苯系物对化验员身体的伤害,又可以防止有机物的挥发,使样品浓度的改变尽量降低。实验中苯系物的工作曲线相关系数均在0.999以上,标准样品的准确度及重复样品的精密度都符合质控要求。
The traditional method of determination of gas benzene extracted by carbon disulfide has long digestion time,toxicity and other disadvantages.Digestion by ultrasonic vibration can dissolve the more benzene adsorbed by carbon in a shorter time completely.Using the method of water seal,the carbon disulfide and benzene can be prevent to injurie the laboratory staff and the volatile of organic compounds can be prevent to minimize changes in sample concentration as much.as possible.The curve correlation coefficientes were 0.999,the accuracy of standard sample and the precision of du-plicate samples are in line with quality control requirements.So it can be ensured that the accurate determination of benzene of the indoor air in public places by the condition and steps that the text referrde.
