野生鱼腥草黄酮类化合物清除DPPH自由基的作用 被引量:3

摘要 以六盘水本地野生鱼腥草为原料,70%乙醇作为提取介质,提取野生鱼腥草黄酮类化合物。以抗坏血酸(VC)和VE为对照品,采用DPPH法研究野生鱼腥草黄酮提取物对自由基的清除作用。结果表明,野生鱼腥草黄酮提取物具有较强的抗氧化作用,在其浓度为51.644g/mL时其清除率可达62.27%,显著高于相同浓度下的VC和VE的清除率。因此,野生鱼腥草黄酮提取物可作为一种天然抗氧化剂。 With the local materials of Houttuynia cordata Thunb at Liupanshui, the activity component was extracted with 70% ethanol. Using the assay system of DPPI-I, the antioxidant activities of Houttuynia cordata Thunb flavonoids were studied and compared with those of VE and VC. The result shows that the extract of the Houttuynia cordata Thunb flavonoids could inhibit lipid peroxidation and scavenge active oxygen free radicals. The elimination of the density of the Houttuynia cordata Thunb flavonoids (51. 644 μg/mL) was attained by 62.27%, and remarkable exceeded the same density VE and VC. So the Houttuynia cordata Thunb flavonoids showed strongest inhibitory effect on the antionxidation of superoxidized anionic and lipid peroxidantion.
