Research on Implementation of Energy-Saving Power Generation Dispatching Mechanism in Anhui Province

在深入解读节能发电调度政策的基础上,给出了节能发电调度测算模型,分析安徽省实施节能发电调度后的节能减排效果和对发电企业产生的影响,提出了实施节能发电调度后对一些发电企业的经济补偿思路。

While producing an economic calculation model for energy-saving power generation dispatching based on an in-depth study on the related policies, this paper looks into the energy-saving and emission reduction effects and the impacts on the power generation companies following implementation of the energy-saving power generation dispatching mechanism, and then puts forward some trains of thought on financial compensation for the power generation enterprises after the implementation of the power dispatching system.
