新型深紫外非线性光学晶体RbBe_2BO_3F_2的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用固相合成法制备了纯相RbBe2BO3F2(RBBF)粉末,并采用高温助熔剂自发成核生长出大块高质量RBBF单晶。利用X光单晶衍射法确定RBBF的空间群是R32;晶胞参数a=b=0.44341(9)nm,c=1.9758(5)nm,Z=3。其紫外截止边是160nm,双折射率约为0.075。 RbBe2BO3F2 (RBBF) powders were prepared via solid-state reaction. The sizeable crystals of RBBF have been obtained by flux method. Its crystal structure has been determined by XRD and the space group proved to be R32, belonging to the uniaxial class. The cell parameters are a =0. 44341 (9) nm, c =0. 19758(5) nm, Z =3. The cut-off wavelength and birefringence have been determined as 160 nm and 0. 075, respectively.
