摘要
以Mn(NO3)2溶液和氧化铌凝胶为原料,分别选取HF、HCl、NaOH、NH3·H2O等为矿化剂,采用水热法制备了MnNb2O6微波介质陶瓷粉体,利用XRD、SEM等方法表征了所得粉体的相组成,颗粒尺寸大小等。结果表明:以Mn(NO3)2溶液和Nb2O5·nH2O为前驱物在碱性环境条件下200℃反应168h后,可制得平均晶粒尺寸约为24nm的MnNb2O6粉体。将合成的粉体在600℃热处理,制得颗粒尺寸约为300nm,高度分散的MnNb2O6粉体。
MnNb2O6 powders was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method using Nb2O5 -nH2O and Mn( NO3 )2 solution as raw materials, HF, HCl, NaOH and NH3·H2O solutions as mineralizer, respectively. The phase composition and particle size of the prepared powder were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicated that the MnNb206 powder with average grain size of about 24 nm could be obtained using Mn( NO3 )2 and Nb20s - nil20 as precursors in alkaline solution at 200 ℃ for 168 h. The particle size of the MnNb206 powder increases to 300 nm after being calcined at temperature of 600 ℃, the MnNb206 powders are highly dispersed.
