摘要
以二水合乙酸锌、无水乙醇、二乙醇胺为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃基片上沉积制备出了不同Fe掺杂浓度的ZnO薄膜。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外-可见分光光度仪(UV-Vis)等对样品的结构和形貌等进行了测试和表征,并研究了不同掺杂浓度的ZnO∶Fe薄膜对亚甲基蓝降解率的影响。结果表明:所制得的ZnO∶Fe薄膜致密、均匀。ZnO∶Fe薄膜的光催化活性优于未掺杂的ZnO薄膜。Fe最佳掺杂浓度为1.5mol%,这时所形成的光催化剂经150min光照后对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解率达到93%,比纯ZnO薄膜的光降解率提高了42%。
The different content of Fe-doped ZnO films were deposited on the glass substrate by sol-gel method, using zinc acetate, ethanol and diethanolamin as raw materials. The structure and morphology of as-deposited film were characterized by XRD, SEM and UV-Vis. The effect of Fe doped content on the degradation rate of methylene blue were studied. The results show that the ZnO: Fe film is dense and uniform. Fe optimal doping amount is 1.5 mol%. The photocatalytic degradation rate on methylene blue irradiated for 150 min reaches 93% when 1.5 mol% Fe-doped ZnO film serves as the photocatalyst, which exceeds 42% when pure ZnO film uses as the catalyst.
