大型基础底板最大温度收缩应力的估算与验证

摘要 高层建筑大型基础底板施工前,需按设计要求采用尽可能接近实际的试验参数,对温差和温度收缩应力进行估算;施工过程中则进行全过程温度监测,取得一系列实测数据。按此原则在厦门市某工程混凝土施工中,得出Tt/Tmax与龄期t的关系曲线、掺不同外加剂混凝土的温度收缩应力的变化规律。 Before the construction of a highrise building's large scale foundation base plate,the adoption of a practical experimental parameter as much as possible is necessary,according to the design's requirement.Besides,an estimate of temperature difference and temperature shrinkage stresses should be also carried out.Moreover,during the whole construction the temperature investigation and surveillance should be carried out,so that a series of practical investigation data could be obtained.According to these principles and the procedures of a concrete engineering projectin Xiaman,there has been obtained the relationship curve of T t /T max and t-age,and moreover adoption of various admixtures would influence the rules of concrete's temperature shrinkage stresses.
