摘要
对利用稻草为碳源发酵产纤维酶的过程从菌种选择、培养基的选择、碳源的结构、含水率进行了优化。以黑曲霉及里氏木霉的混合菌株为产酶菌种,在稻草粉和麦麸以3:1的比例混合作碳源,培养基中含水率为70%时发酵产出的纤维素酶酶活达到最高,最高的Cx酶活为1568.47U/g,滤纸酶活为489.3U/g。以该条件下产的纤维素酶分别用短乳杆菌和米根霉进行乳酸发酵实验,产乳酸结果为:短乳杆菌:10.8g/L;米根霉:9.2g/L。
The use of straw as a carbon source fermentation of cellulose includin g select from the bacteria, the choice of medium, carbon source structure, water content was optimized.By the Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma reesei mixed str ain as the fermentation bacteria, the result shows that:when the straw powder an d wheat bran mixed with 3:1 ratio of co-carbon source, water content was 70% fer mentation output the cellulose activity is the highest, the highest Cx activity was 1568.47 U/g, filter paper activity was 489.3 U/g. To the cellulose under the conditions of production were used Lactobacillus brevis and Rhizopus oryzae for lactic acid fermentation, lactic acid production results: Lactobacillus brevis: 10.8 g/L; Rhizopus oryzae: 9.2 g/L.
