摘要
能耗、烧成效率与许多因素有关,涉及窑炉的施工方法、施工的规范程度、余热充分回收和利用、建造窑炉所使用的材料等。着重从筑炉材料、炉型结构、燃烧技术、余热回收、能源管理等方面进行节能技术分析,并探讨工业炉节能的发展趋势。
Many factors which include methods and standardized degree of construc tion, waste heat utilization and materials of furnace were related to energy con sumption and efficiency of furnace. In this paper, energy saving technology was analyzed in aspects of materials and structure of furnace, combustion technolog y, waste heat recovery,energy management. The development trend of energy saving in industrial furnace was also discussed.
