试论准市场经济体制下我国城市建设行为的若干特征

On Several Characteristics of Urban Construction Behavior in China under the Para Market Economy System

本文依据我国经济体制转轨时期准市场经济体制的主要特点，分析城市建设运行的内在机制以及在这些机制影响下城市建设若干体制性特征，预示这些特征必然会对我国当前城市规划的发展产生深刻影响．

Based on the main characteristics of para-market economy system during reformation of economic system in China, this paper analyzes mechanism of urban construction and management and relevant institutional issues of urban constyuction. The author thinks that these issues will bring about deep impact to current urban planning development in China inevitably.
