摘要
文章运用灰色系统理论对员工个体绩效考评进行了分析,并通过对灰关联系数和信息熵理论的实证研究,发现员工绩效考评指标值本身蕴涵着信息。由此,肯定了灰熵关联分析方法的有效性,指出此方法深刻反映了序列灰关联信息的效用价值,其给出的结果有较高的可信度。
This paper used gray system theory to analyze individual performance appraisal of staff. By an empirical research based on gray relational coefficient and information entropy, it was found that there was much information implied in performance appraisal index value. Consequently, the research proved the validity of gray entropy correlation method, revealed the utility value of sequence gray correlation analysis and pointed out that the result of gray entropy correlation appraisal was significantly reliable.
