摘要
本文首先介绍研究背景;其次,通过德尔菲法得出房地产多项目的九大冲突因素;然后,运用层次分析法和EXCEL工具对数据进行整理分析,得出房地产多项目九大冲突因素的冲突度权重和排序,并绘制成图表;最后,分析了冲突的结果和解决方式关系,指出项目经理可以通过运用冲突管理表更好的进行冲突管理。
This paper firstly puts forward background. Secondly,we get nine conflict factors in Real Estate Multi-project Management by Delphi method. Then it also makes use of Analytic Hierarchy Process and EXCEL tools in the analysis of these data,the weight of each index is calculated.So we can make a chart of it. Finally,this paper analyses the results of conflict and its solutions,pointing out project managers can easily manage conflict by use of conflict-management-chart.
