摘要
工程项目实施过程中通常强调三大控制:质量控制,工期控制,成本控制。其中成本控制是项目建设过程中的一个比较重要的环节。本文力图从施工企业项目管理的角度阐述成本控制的几点看法。
Three controls are usually stressed in the course of construction project enforcement：quality control ,time limit control and cost control, among them cost control is a more important link. This paper puts out opinions on explores the construction enterprise project management from the angle of the cost control.
