在大型建设项目中,大量的矛盾、争执和损失都发生在组织界面上,所以组织界面管理具有十分重要的地位。分析了大型建设项目组织界面的形式和障碍成因,提出构建协同工作平台解决组织界面障碍的措施,确保各组织界面的无缝衔接,实现项目管理绩效最大化。

In large-scale construction projects, lots of conflicts, disputes and loss occur at the organization interface. So the organization interface management is critical to the achievement of project. The forms and interface barrier causes of the organization interface are analyzed in large-scale construction projects,then the paper advances proposal of building a collaborative working platform to solve the interface obstacles and ensure the seamless interfaces of the organizations to achieve maximum performance of project management.
