试论我国城市道路规划建设的可持续发展

On Sustainable Development of Planning and Construction of Chinese Urban Roads

本文提出了城市道路交通可持续发展的原则，并从道路交通供需、道路功能、道路建设时序、道路规划建设标准、交叉口改造和城市历史文脉六个方面剖析了我国城市道路规划建设在可持续发展方面存在的问题，同时针对这些问题提出解决对策。

In this article, the authors put forward principles of sustainable development for urban roads and traffic, give deeply analysis about problems of planning and construction of Chinese urban roads from six aspects and finally propose the relevant solutions. The six aspects are: supply and demand of road and traffic, road functions, stages of road constrction, the norm of road planning and constrction, reconstruction of crossing, and the ralationship between road construction and urban history.
