摘要
建立了逆基质固相分散-加速溶剂萃取法提取沉积物中痕量多环芳烃的方法,优化了不同的加速溶剂萃取条件,考察了沉积物中的多环芳烃的加标回收率。12种多环芳烃的检出限为0.10~0.9ng.L-1,12种多环芳烃的浓度加标回收在80.9%~120.3%之间。加标回收的相对标准偏差在(RSD,n=6)3.6%~12.7%之间,在痕量分析的可接受范围内。该方法快速、简便、高效,可推广到其他类似样品的检测中。
An accelerated solvent extraction method for the extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocar bons (PAHs) in sediments was developed. The extraction conditions such as extraction solvent and program were optimized. The detection limits for the fifteen PAHs were 0.09-1.34 ng/g, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) ranged from 3.6% to 12.7%. The recoveries of PAHs concentration ranged from 80.9% to 120.3%. The ASE-GC/MS method is fast, simple and efficient, which is well suited for the determination of PAHs present in other similar large-lot samples.
