本文分析了欧亚大陆腹地大城市——乌鲁木齐城市管理中体制不顺,基础设施建设滞后;违章占道;户外广告缺乏统一标准等现状问题,提出了建立城市长效管理机制的对策。

The paper analysed present status and problems of city Administration of Urumqi, such as lack of mechanism, infrastructure of delay; occupied road without rules; Lack of uniform standards in administration of outdoor advertising. Finally, the author put forward countermeasure to establish long - term effective city administration mechanism.
