摘要
文章首先对大型石油化工生产基地形成特点进行了分析，并借鉴日本成功实例，进而指出了我国选择该类生产基地时需考虑的基本要素、石化基地综合开发和利用滩涂资源时的注意事项、以及生产基地总体布局时的主要任务和布局原则，同时作者对我国石化基地建设提出了自己的看法。
Through the analysis of technical characters for the large petrochemical bases, and the introduction of Japanese experience, the paper points out the basic elements, considerations for the comprehensive development and usage of shoal by petrochemistry, and the main tasks and principles of layout while selecting similar industrial bases in China. The paper then further discusses the construction of petrochemistry in China.
