摘要
目前高校毕业生在就业过程中普遍存在自我认知偏差较大、就业期望值偏高、依赖心理较强、就业途径选择单一等问题。基于这一系列心理问题,本文从社会、学校、个人三方面进行了原因分析,并提出了引导大学毕业生健康择业心理的相关对策和建议。
At present, there are many problems during the graduate employment, such as the large self-perception deviation, the high employment expectations, the strong reliance and so on. Based on the series of psychological problems, the author analyzes the cause from three aspects of the society, university and personal. At last we put forward some strategies and suggestions for college graduates to keep healthy employment psychology.
