摘要
大学毕业生是企业补充新活力量、保持持续发展的源泉,对大学生开展有效的入职培训有利于实现企业和新入职大学生的双赢。本文针对目前企业在大学生入职培训方面存在的问题,有针对性地提出了提升大学生入职培训效果的一些建议措施。
University graduates are the important complement of new living power for enterprise,which may keep enterprise sustainable development. Effective vocational training on graduates is helpful to achieve win-win situation for enterprise and graduates.Based on the problems existing in vocational training on graduates of most enterprises , this paper gives the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
