摘要
基于三个函授学院成人学员"学情"调查,分析函授学员学习状况、能力层次、心理需求及行为特点,并结合"学评教"及学校管理现状,实证分析存在的问题,形成调查结论与管理建议。
Based on the three correspondence colleges adult students "learning" investigation this paper analyses correspondence students' learning situation, ability level, psychological needs and behavior, and combining with "learning evaluation of teaching and school management present situation," empirically analysed the problems existing in the management, forming conclusions and management suggestions.
