小城镇与大中城市乡村的规划比较及认识

A COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN SMALL TOWN, THE RURAL AREA AND LATGE OF MEDIUM SIZED CITY

下一个世纪，我国的城市规划面临两大课题：一是面对大中城市的内涵式发展的旧城更新改造问题；二是面对日益加速的城市化所带来的中小城市、小城镇的外延式的规模扩展问题。基于国家积极发展小城镇的城市化方针政策及城市化日益加速的客观状况，比较了大中城市、小城镇和乡村之间的规划差别，分析了目前小城镇规划中的突出问题，提出了“小城镇与其周围密不可分的辐射影响基本单元整体规划”的思想、程序等。

In next century, there will be two major issues for urban planning in China, one is the internal issue, which is the renew and rehabilitation of old town within the large or medium sized cities; the other is external issues, which is the expansion of medium, small sized cities and towns by the rapid urbanization. Considering the policy of active developing the small towns and the sctual rapid urbanization, comparing the differences in planning for large and medium cities, small town, and that of rural ares, analyzing the key problems of planning for small towns,the paper suggests the ideal and process of “integrating planning for small town and its nearby closing basic elements which would be affected”.
