摘要
目的:观察黄芪颗粒对大鼠主动型Heymann肾炎模型的影响。方法:给大鼠腹腔注射同种肾脏免疫复合物,复制大鼠主动型Heymann肾炎模型,并分为Heymann肾炎模型组、黄芪颗粒高、中、低剂量组和地塞米松阳性对照组,造模同时分别给予相应的药物,观察灌胃给予黄芪颗粒对Heymann肾炎大鼠肾功能的影响。结果:黄芪颗粒能明显降低主动型Heymann肾炎大鼠尿蛋白、血清肌酐和尿素氮水平,能明显改善大鼠主动型Heymann肾炎所致的肾组织病理学改变。结论:黄芪颗粒对主动型Heymann肾炎有良好的治疗作用。
Objective：To survey the effect of Huangqi granule on active Heymann nephritis （AHN） in rats. Method：The rat models of AHN were induced by intra-peritoneal administration of kidney homogenate and Freund＇s adjuvan. AHN rats were divided into 5 groups： AHN model group, Huangqi high does, middle does, low does group and dexamethasone control group. The control group was only given normal saline solution. Serum urea nitrogen, creatinine and 24-hour urlnary protein were observed. Result：In Huangqi group, the serum urea nitrogen, creatinine and 24-hour urinary protein significantly decreased compared with those in model group. Huangqi granule can alleviate the renal cell histopathology of AHN rat. Conclusion： Huangqi granule has a good therapeutic effect on AHN.
