摘要
通过介绍并购和并购贷款的相关概念展开对我国商业银行并购贷款风险的研究,商业银行并购贷款业务面临的风险主要有并购交易带来的风险和银行并购贷款设计的风险,其中并购交易带来的风险有并购交易和并购整合带来的风险。然后,给并购贷款业务的实施提出了一些建议。
Through the introduction of M＆A and M＆A loans related concepts,this paper gives the research of our country＇s commercial bank acquisition loan risks.The risks of the commercial banks acquisiton loan are M＆A dealsrisk and the bank＇s M＆A design risk ,and the risk of m＆a deals includes the risks from M＆A deals and M＆A integration. At last,some suggestions for the implementation of M＆A loan business are proposed in the paper.
