2007～2008年我院调血脂药应用分析

Analysis of the Use of Lipid Modifying Agents in Our Hospital During 2007-2008

目的:了解我院调血脂药的应用情况及趋势。方法:对我院2007～2008年调血脂药的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用等进行统计、分析。结果:2008年度调血脂药的用药金额高于2007年,特别是阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀等几种排名靠前的药物;两年来,用药金额和用药频度排在前2位的药品是阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀。结论:我院各类调血脂药中他汀类药物占主导地位;但仍要增强合理使用调血脂药的意识,充分发挥药师在合理使用调血脂药的作用。

Objective： To analyze the clinical application and trend of lipid modifying agents in our hospital. Method： The application of lipid modifying agents in our hospital from 2007 to 2008 was statistically analyzed in respect of drug varieties, consumption sum, DDDs and defined daily cost,etc. Result：The sum of lipid modifying agents consumed in 2008 was more than that in 2007, especially that of several top-ranking drugs such as atorvastatin and simvastatin. Over the 2 years, the top 2 drugs were both atorvastatin and simvastatin in respect to their annual consumption sum and DDDs. Conclusion： Statins were dominant in various types of lipid modifying agents in our hospital. Still the awareness of the rational use of lipid modifying agents needs to be enhanced, and a full play should be given to pharmacists in the reasonable use of lipid modifying agents.
