关于完善我省养老保险制度的几点思考

About some Issues of Perfecting the Pension Insurance System in Qinghai Province

养老保险作为社会保障的重要组成部分,在实施当中政策是否正确、措施是否得当、制度是否完善,不仅对养老保险制度的全面推进产生至关重要的影响,而且也会对经济建设、社会和谐发展带来巨大的作用或反作用。文章在分析我省现行养老保险制度存在的问题基础上,提出了完善这一制度的一些对策。

Pension insurance is an important part of the social insurance,the correctness of the policies,the perfection of the system,appropriateness of countermeasure will have a crucial impact on promoting the pension insurance system in an all round way and produces the huge role or reaction in constructing the harmonious society.This article,on the basis of analyzing existing problems of current pension insurance system in Qinghai Province,put forward some countermeasures to improve the pension insurance system.
