近年来水利工程管理运作中呈现的一些问题,使得水利工程的正常运行和维护受到干扰,导致水利工程老化失修,严重威胁广大民众的生命财产安全,因此对水利工程管理运作的改革具有重要的现实意义。
In recent years, there are some problems in water management operations which bring interference of the normal operation and maintenance of hydraulic, resulting in hydraulic engineering aging and needing repairs with a serious threat to lives and property of the people, therefore, the reform of management and operation of hydraulic engineering has an important practical significance.
