近10年来,我国企业安全形势十分严峻,各类重特大爆炸、火灾、中毒事故频繁发生,给人民生命财产造成了重大的损失,在社会上造成了恶劣的影响。虽然大多数企业意识到安全的重要性,但其管理方式却不全面。本文简单剖析安全管理中个人因素的重要性,希望对安全管理水平的提高提供若干参考。

In the past 10 years, the safety situation of Chinese enterprises is very serious, all kinds of major explosions, fires, poisoning accidents occurred frequently which caused significant damage to people＇s lives and property and caused a bad social influence. While most businesses realize the importance of safety, but its management is not comprehensive. This article simply analyzed the importance of personal factors in safety management, hoping to provide some reference for improving the level of safety management.
