水利工程作为对自然界地表水和地下水进行控制、治理、保护、开发利用的工程,其是除害兴利、减少水害的关键,其对我国经济的发展有着重要的意义。加强水利工程施工质量监理有助于提高水利工程施工寿命、减少和降低后期养护成本,有助于促进我国洪涝灾害的治理。针对近年来水利工程监理工作的主要问题文中进行了简要分析,同时对问题与对策进行论述。
