合同管理必须是全过程的、系统性的、动态性的。全过程就是由洽谈、草拟、签订、生效开效,直至合同失效为止。我们不仅要重视签订前的管理,更要重视签订后的管理。本文围绕近年来建筑施工合同管理实践中暴露出来的常见问题,提出治理对策,目的是有针对性地加强建筑施工企业的合同管理,维护企业的合法权益。

Contract management process must be full,systematic,and dynamic.The whole process is the negotiation,drafting,and signing,effective opening effect until the date the contract is invalid.We should not only attach importance to the management of pre-signed,more attention should be paid to the management after the signing.This paper focuses on common problems in the practice of contract management of construction in recent years,countermeasures are proposed aiming at a targeted manner to strengthen the contract management of construction enterprises and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.
