本文对索赔的意义和概念进行了阐述,对当今国内施工项目索赔管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
This paper describes the meaning and concept of the claims. The existing problems in the current domestic construction project claims management are analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
