摘要
本文采用超细粉煤灰与硅灰的复合技术配制高性能混凝土材料(HPC)。通过与单掺硅灰及单掺粉煤灰的情况对比,系统研究了等比例双掺(简称"双掺")高性能混凝土的强度特性。实验结果表明,由于硅灰与超细粉煤灰的复合,在HPC形成过程中,这两种材料充分发挥了各自的功能效应,从而增强了双掺HPC的强度性能。本文其他方面的测试分析,剖析了超细粉煤灰与硅灰复合效应的机理,论证了用超细粉煤灰配制HPC的可行性。
This paper adopts ultra-fine fly ash and silica fume concrete materials to prepare high performance composite technology(HPC).Through the comparison of the single-doped silica fume and fly ash.,the system researched equal proportion dual-doped(referred to as "double-doped"),the strength characteristics of high performance concrete. The results show that,due to ultra-fine silica fume and fly ash composite,in the HPC forming process,these two materials make full use of their functional effects,thus increase the strength properties of double doped HPC. Other aspects of this test and analysis explored the ultra-fine fly ash and silica fume composite effect of the mechanism and demonstrated the feasibility of HPC using ultra-fine fly ash.
