In recent years,with the rising standard of people＇s living in our county,people began to pay more and more attention to the quality of residential buildings,how to avoid quality problems of residential buildings has become the major problem for construction unit. This paper analyzes causes of quality problems in the residential building,summarizes the past experiences,and proposes the effective preventive measures to ensure the maximum service life of the construction.
