In the current land disputes facts in rural areas,this article describes several land disputes in rural areas ,analyzes the main reasons of its occurrence,and on this basis,how to reduce and resolve land disputes in rural areas and based on how to maximize guarantee farmers rights and interests,corresponding countermeasures and recommendations are put forward.
