新疆狭叶薰衣草总黄酮的抗氧化活性研究

The Research of Xinjiang Lavavdula Total Flavonoids Antioxidant Activity

本实验通过四个实验:还原力测定实验、清除超氧阴离子实验、清除羟基自由基实验,清除DPPH实验,对新疆狭叶薰衣草总黄酮的抗氧化活性进行了综合评价。实验结果表明,薰衣草总黄酮具有较强的抗氧化活性,作为多功能的抗氧化剂,应用前景非常广泛。

Through four experiments： removing experiment, scavenge superoxide anion experiment,reduction determination to remove hydroxyl radical experiment, removing DPPH experiments, the paper conducted a comprehensive evaluation on the lavavdula total flavonoids activity of flavonoids. The study showed that Lavender total flavonoids has strong antioxidant activities, which can be used as a function-rich antioxidants and whose application promising is very extensive.
