摘要
介绍了八钢公司第二炼钢厂120t顶底复吹转炉冶炼H10Mn2A焊丝钢的生产工艺。指出控制钢水中全氧含量、氮含量、夹杂物含量及钢中的残余元素,是确保生产顺行和最终产品质量保证的关键。
This paper introduces the H10Mn2A welding-wire steel production process at 120t top and bottom com-bined-blowing converter.It indicates that the control of the oxygen content in the molten steel and nitrogen content,the content and the steel inclusions residue element,ensure the production and quality guarantee of the final product.
