摘要
新疆八钢热轧板厂采用的板型测量设备,是引进美国Thermofisher公司的RM312多功能板型测量仪。它使用一定强度的X-射线从钢板上方照射,在钢板下方设置一个固态线性传感器阵列,用于检测被钢板削弱的射线,并且把数据传递给计算机用于板型计算。文章主要结合该板型仪系统,分析X-射线测量技术在热轧板带生产的应用。
The RM312 multi-function instantaneous profile gauge was introduced from Thermo fisher Corporation in America.It was used as real-time hot strip profile measure apparatus,in the hot strip mill of Baosteel group xinjiang bayi Iron and steel company.In the gauge,a certain intensity of x-ray was used to irradiate from above of the moving strip,and a solid state linear detector array was set under the strip.The array detect the x-ray attenuated by the strip,and send the measure data to computer for profile calculation.This paper analyse the application of x-ray measure technique in hot strip mill.
