非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术的麻醉管理

The Anaesthesia Management of Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypasses Grafting Surgery

目的探讨麻醉管理对非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术临床效果。方法 47例行非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术的患者在围手术期给予适合的麻醉方案和严密的监测。结果所有患者手术中均未出现麻醉意外,术中各项生理指标均未出现大幅度的波动,显示了较好的麻醉管理效果。结论严密科学的麻醉方案对于手术效果是极为重要的,也是必须的,因此必须加强围手术期的麻醉管理,以减少意外,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of anaesthesia management used in OPCABG.Methods 47 cases of patients with OPCABG were given proper anaesthesia management and strict monitoring in perioperative period.Results There is no case happened anaesthesia accident,and the physical signs showed no changes in large degree,it showed good effect of anaesthesia management.Conclusion Strict and scientific anaesthesia management is important and necessary for effect of OPCABG,so,for reducing accidents and improving life quality of patients,it must strengthen the anaesthesia management in perioperative period.
