摘要
目的探讨左向右分流型先心病小儿肺炎的临床指征的特点。方法回顾性分析左向右分流型先心病患儿合并肺炎的40例临床资料。结果在病例组和正常组的比较后我们发现,在患病组中的血氧饱和度、肺动脉压、心电图、肺CT、X线胸片、心率、肺音等都存在差异。结论左向右分流型先心病患儿合并肺炎有具备特异的临床指征可以供临床病症的判定。
Objective To explore the characters of clinical indications in children left-right shunt congenital heart disease with pneumonia. Method Retrospective analysis had been done in 40 cases of left-right shunt congenital heart disease with pneumonia in children,comparing to the control group.Results There are many differences between the case group and the control group.For example,oxygen saturation,pulmonary arterial pressure,electrocardiogram,lung CT,X ray chest,heart rate,pulmonary rales and so on.Conclusion Children Left to right shunt congenital heart disease with pneumonia has some specific clinical indications which may help for clinical disease diagnosis.
