摘要
目的了解中药注射剂在临床应用中发生药物不良反应的主要影响因素。方法对深圳市龙岗区葵涌人民医院的主要注射剂使用的患者病历、临床资料和不良反应的病历,收集医学期刊的中药注射剂对不良反应因果关系的报道,进行整理和分析。结果收集2009年1月至12月收治的142例采取中药注射剂的住院患者资料,引起不良反应的有39例,联用以上的有17例。结论在现代临床医学中,中药注射剂的临床应用必须加大对不良反应的检测,最大限度的减少不良的那样的发生率。
Objective Understand the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse drug reaction occurs main factors.Methods The main use of patient records,injection and clinical data were collected,adverse reactions in the medical journal TCM reported adverse reaction of causality,collection and analysis in Longgang district Kuiyong people＇s hospital.Results Collect January 2009 to December 2009 of 142 cases of TCM to inpatient material,cause adverse reactions of 39 cases,there are 17 cases of chemluminescence above.Conclusion In modern clinical medicine and clinical application of TCM should increase the detection of adverse reactions,minimize bad that incidence.
