基于H.264的帧间预测算法及其SoC实现被引量：1

摘要本文提出了一种适合于SoC实现和FPGA验证的帧间预测算法,该算法显著降低了H.264帧间预测(1/4像素精度)的计算复杂度,使其更适合于实时应用,并且已用Verilog语言实现了RTL级设计。
