银杏叶系列产品开发现状、存在问题与对策研究

Status, Problems and Conntermeasures about Developing Leaf products Series of Ginkgo biloba L.

阐述了银杏叶的药用、食用、化妆品和减肥等综合利用的现状和前景，指出了目前银杏叶制剂中存在的主要问题，包括毒副成分含量高、有效成分含量低、产品种类繁杂以及它们推向市场的商品程序不健全等，提出了根据产品类型和用途分别制定统一的质量标准、采用经济合理的提取制造工艺、规范和改进现有产品、开发新的银杏叶制精品。

Abstract Status and outlook about studies of product series made from Ginkgo biloba leaves in the fiecds of medicinal drug,health food.cosmetics and weight losing were reviewed.The main problems present in the leaf products are as follows:the contents of the poisonous compositions are high and that of the bioactive ones are low,the various kinds of the leaf products are in a jumble,and the formalities of becoming commodity are inperfect.Feasible countermeasures on the problems were put forward, such as working out the unified quality standards for different products based on the types and uses of the leaf products,adopting economical and rational technology in salvaging the bioaetive materials.It is importment to standardize the types of the present leaf products,improve thier quality,develop excellent new products and perfeet the commodity formalities.
