摘要
要从扎龙湿地11种野生和笼养鸟类的口咽部分泌物、泄殖腔内容物及新鲜粪便中,曾分离出25种不同的细菌。为了探讨这些自然携带菌的致病性,根据以往文献记载对所分离到的25种细菌中可能具有致病性或致病性不明确的14种细菌进行了小白鼠致病性试验。有4种细菌在接种6d内引起部分接种小白鼠死亡;其余的10种细菌在接种后,都使小白鼠表现出不同程度的临床症状,接种后6~8d迫杀,可见不同程度的脏器病变。
different species of bacteria were isolated and identified
from oral-pharyngal secreation, coloaca contents and fresh faeces of 178 wild and captive birds
(11 species) on Zhalong Nature Reserve Wetland in Heilongjiang Province. 14 species of
bacteria with suspicious or unclear pathogenetic characteristics were examined for their
pathogenicity by inoculating them to mice. Within 6d after inoculation, part of the mice were
died due to infected by 4 species of bacteria separatively. The other 10 species of bacteria
showed pathogenicity in varying degrees, the mice had a wide range of clinical signs after
inoculation and showed pathological lesions when killed 6~8d after inoculation.
