摘要
根据调查统计结果,林用车辆的有效度为85%~90%,车辆维修费用占运输成本的30%~40%。运用可靠性理论,对车辆的使用和维修进行优化管理,能够显著提高运输效率,降低运输成本。文中依据塔河林业局CA142K2型汽车的故障间隔统计数据,对累积故障率、故障率和故障密度三个函数进行假设检验,得到分布参数。结果表明:车辆工作环境对故障率有显著影响;根据故障密度曲线,可以较精确地确定维修周期,以此为依据,科学组织生产管理;加强车辆维护,提高管理水平,能够有效降低故障率,延长故障间隔里程。
According to
statistics, the availability of forestry trucks is 85% to 90%, and the expense of maintenance
takes up 30% to 40% of transportation cost. The theory of reliability used in the management of
truck maintenance will be of momentous significance in improving the transportation efficiency
and reducing the running cost. The analysis is based on the failure interval data of model
CA142K2 trucks being used in Tahe forestry bureau. By analyzing failure rate functions the
following conclusions can be acquired: tasking condition has a notable effect on the failure rate;
service period can be accurately fixed by employing the failure density curve; to strengthen
truck maintenance and improve management will reduce the failure rate, accordingly prolong
the mileage of failure interval.
