摘要
对表面离子氮化处理后的人造板切削加工刀具与未经处理的刀具进行切削性能的对比实验,得出离子氮化处理工艺能够有效地提高人造板切削刀具的耐用度,降低刀具切削刃的磨损;减少切削力和降低功率损耗,从而减少因刀具刃磨而增加的辅助时间、降低人造板生产加工的成本、提高劳动生产率和经济效益。
Ion nitriding for
wood based panel cutting tools, which can reduce the wear of cutting edge as compared with
non-ion nitriding cutting steel, was studied. It is proved by experiment that this technology can
increase its durability and decrease the wear of the edge. Therefore it can drop the resharpening
time and cost, meanwhile raises the productivity and economic benefits.
