摘要
对以密穗型高粱DNA为供体、通过花粉管通道技术导入水稻所获得的水稻后代进行了RAPD分子验证.结果表明:从122个引物中找到9个引物检测出DNA的多态性。
Offspring of rice derived from introduction of Misui sorghum DNA through pollen tube channel is verified in this paper. The result shows that of the 122 arbitrary primers used,products of 9 primers are detected to have polymorphism between offsprings and recipient. This indicates that variation of offspring in genomic DNA is induced by the introduction of exogenous DNA into recipient.
