摘要 采用经典遗传学方法,研究了黄瓜纯雌株分别与雌雄同株、雄全株杂交及强雌株分别与雌雄同株、纯雌株杂交的F1,F2,BC1代雌性分离规律.结果表明,黄瓜的花性主要由两个独立分离显性基因控制,对雌雄株为隐性的雌性基因控制,且该隐性基因与决定雌性化程度显性基因紧密连锁,该隐性基因控制的雌性株系属于强雌性系,与显性基因控制的雌性株系不同。 In this experiment,the classical genetic method is adopted to study the law of female segregation of the F 1,F 2,BC 1,generation of cucumber by the cross of gynocious lines with monecious lines and andromonoecious lines,and the cross of subgynocious lines with monecious lines and gynocious lines. The results indicates that the sex type of cucumber is determined by both the two major loci (F,M) and the another female gene which is recessive to monecious lines. The recessive gene is closely chained with the dominant gene which determines the female level. The sex expression of sub gynoecious phenotype is different from gynoecious phenotype. The former a high degree type of pistillate sex expression,while the latter is “all female”.
