摘要
为了更好地开发速溶茶渣这一新的饲料资源,分析了速溶茶渣的常规营养成分和氨基酸含量,并采用全收粪套算法测定了生长育肥猪对速溶茶渣主要养分的消化率和代谢率.结果表明:速溶茶渣蛋白质含量较高,粗蛋白质含量达18.7%,氨基酸组成较合理,赖氨酸和蛋氨酸含量分别为1.75%和0.54%,但粗纤维含量也较高(含量为16.3%),作为猪禽饲料,其配比不宜过高.速溶茶渣干物质中表观消化能和表观代谢能分别为8.47MJ/kg和8.00MJ/kg,可消化蛋白116g/kg,氮的表观代谢率为44.92%.
This paper analyses the normal nutrition composition and amino acid content of the quick melting tea residue. The digestibility and metabolic rate of the nutrient in the tea residue are measured through the total collection method. The results show that the quick melting tea residue contains 20.9% of crude protein and the composition of amino acid is reasonable. The content of lysine and methionine occupies 1.75% and 0.54% respectively,but the content of crude fiber is 18.2%. From this,it can be seen that the content of tea residue in feed for pig and poultry is better to be kept within reasonable rate. The apparent digestic energy and apparent metabolic energy are 8.47,8.00 MJ/kg respectively. They are enough for the digestion of 116 g/kg protein. The apparaent metabolic rate of nitrogen is 44.92%.
