皮肤老化及细胞生长因子在美肤方面的应用

摘要 皮肤老化受到多种因素的影响,是当前医学美容研究的热点之一。细胞生长因子是一类刺激细胞分裂的生物活性多肽,在创伤修复过程中具有多种重要作用:促进细胞增殖、促进创面的血管化、调节细胞外基质的产生和降解、诱导邻近细胞合成细胞因子等。本文介绍了皮肤衰老的机理、细胞生长因子的特点及其在美容方面的应用。 As one of the hot beauty studies, skin aging is affected by many factors. Cell growth factor is a kind of bio-active peptides to stimulate cell division, and plays important roles in the wound healing process like the promotion of cell proliferation and the production of extracellular matrix of wound vascalarization,and induce the synthesis or degradation of cytokines and other nearby cells. This article in main to describe the mechanism of skin aging, the characteristic of cell growth factor and its beauty applications
