撒哈拉以南非洲地区小学师资分析 被引量:3

An Analysis of Primary School Teachers in Sub-Saharan Africa

摘要 足够数量的、训练有素的小学教师是普及优质初等教育的前提。就实现全民教育目标下的普及优质初等教育而言,撒哈拉以南非洲国家在小学师资的补充、招募、保留、培训等方面面临严峻挑战。经济发展状况欠佳、教师职位吸引力下降、艾滋病的传播等因素是导致该地区小学师资危机的主要致因。要解决小学师资的危机,实现全民教育目标,离不开该地区各国政府和国际社会坚持不懈的更大努力。 It is the precondition to have enough and qualified primary school teachers to generalize junior education.In generalizing qualified junior education under the goal of realizing whole-nation education,Sub-Saharan Africa faces serious challenges in supplying,recruiting,retaining and training their primary teachers.Poor economic development situations,no attraction of the teachers' occupation and HIV/AIDS have been the main causes leading to the lack of the teachers in the region.More efforts should be made for the African governments and international society in tackling the crisis of the primary teachers and realize the goal of all-the people education.
